Graeme became a Certified Ontological Coach following studies in the USA in 1994 and is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). He is a member of the International Coach Federation. Graeme's specialties include designing and conducting workshops on:

As a coaching consultant, Graeme has worked with large chemical and petrochemical companies, emergency services organisations and other government organisations. He has also worked in the insurance, transport, retail, and advertising industries. Prior to commencing work in his first consultancy venture in 1990, Graeme was a senior manager in a large government organisation working in such areas as engineering, finance, management and supervisory training, change management, policy development and implementation, organisation effectiveness review, organisation restructuring and Human Resource Management. |

Jan is responsible for the smooth running of all the financial and administrative functions of Graeme J Schache & Associates P/L. Jan has had training in the Ontological work and is most happy to talk with clients and customers about any aspect of Graeme J Schache & Associates. In addition, Jan has extensive experience in the health industry in client care. Jan has also become well-known to many of our customers through telephone conversations and personal contact at our seminars and functions. She has access to Graeme's diary and is happy to make appointments. |
