In Leadership for Outstanding Results, Graeme Schache has brought together psychological and ontological perspectives and combined this with his knowledge and skills gained through extensive experience as a leadership coach.

Throughout the book he examines the role certain conversations have on being highly effective leaders, the distinction between hearing and listening and how to listen beyond what is being said. In doing so he explains how to listen to the concerns of others. In addition, he explores the domains of moods, emotions and the role of the body in creating a highly effective, charismatic and trusted leader.
